the hotel rooms are shockers. However the location is great and the casino itself is very fine indeed. It's a new complex on the banks of the Clyde, across the river from the City Centre.

tikay has just left the hotel. He is being carried on a Chair that is resting on two struts being lifted by four men. In front of him handmaidens are spreading petals and in front of that Sky staff are clearing the way as bemused Glaswegians look on.
As tikay waves regally to the assembled throng he shouts "oh look, a bridge" at the flyover into the city centre on our right. As a handmaiden rolls her eyes she is summarily replaced because of her impudence.

News from last night's Tourney - Penguin7 choopped it - it was a 10 way deal (TEN WAY!) typical of Live Poker Tourneys. He took £900 I think.

Also seen last night were DonkeyPlop, Dan Chubby Brown, Plump Dylan, Daiboot, The Boy Nuttall, Goonerz, & Mr & Mrs Solar Carro. Orford, Hartigan & Hand-Picker Harry all played rhe Tourney, as did Sky Poker Marketing Guru Rich Milner.
Mr & Mrs Hjlatland (Colin & Daughter) had the longest journey - they set off from the Shetland Isles on WEDNESDAY! Colin is raising money for a local Cancer Charity this weekend, & I think he'll raise a good few bob, & Penguin7 gave him a tidy donation last night.
