short stack goes all, I go all in, chip leader calls me with same hand A 3 off suit, we both win, shared pot but he gets the bounty, i get nothing??

    um is it because he had more chips than you.

    Would his chip count come into play in a case like this? he also had more bounties than me too if that has anything to do with it, but as i called first I thought I'd be the one to win the bounty.
