Was this played badly/can it be folded?

So, villain is a tight, strong player from observations, but also a dominant chip leader (over double my stack, and I have 20BBs at this stage). Pretty sure the pre raise is decent, wanted the action, and got the flop I wanted. Again from observations, villain will regularly push min raises on the button, so I wasn't particularly concerned about his cards- I was 90% sure I was ahead pre flop.

The flop and turn are the main concerns I have- was the flop raise enough, or should I have just shoved to try and take it down? After it's called, and this is the big one, should I be concerned about the flush? My thought process was that he's a good player, and if I check here- he's strongly likely to represent the flush and put me allin, regardless of if he has it or not. As I'm first to act, and I don't have enough chips to do anything but shove, I shove.

Question is, should I be check folding now the flush is there? Of course, I'm drawing to the nut flush which influenced my decision... tourney was a BH too, and drawing to the end. If I win that hand, I'm chipleader and would be confident of finishing top 3.

Also note, I'm not fussed about losing the hand as much as I'm not sure if I should have gotten away from it. It's not a bad beat, since I think I may have priced his draw in on the flop.

Bet bigger on the flop, i'm never folding TPT and BDNFD with 20 bets esp not in a 3 bet pot. Sue me!

Shove on the flop IMO. Pot is 4500, stack is 4860. Saves the difficult spot you get yourself in on the turn.

As played, you must shove the turn. You've committed just under half your stack and are only left with 10BB's if you fold. The only hand you fear is a flush (maybe QJ) so check-folding the turn is being way too paranoid.

Post flop there is no way he's folding, no matter what you do.

If I remember, as it was a BH I was trying to price Sarah in, since she'd called the small raise (which, like I said, the villain did on the button with a wide range) and I figured the allin would probably push her out. On the flop, maybe I should have jammed it there, but again- I was trying to make it look like a steal and tempt her to shove on me- didn't work, but that was the thought process behind it.

If it was a standard tournament, where the only cash is for placing, I would be happy to gun this down pre... but I wanted the action from the shortie. Obviously it backfired here, but would you find yourself playing differently in bounty hunter format when you get premium hands, and then connect on flop too? Still trying to figure out just how differently I should be playing in these tourneys as opposed to normal ones

Probably all in pre, but definitely on flop, your bet is just pointless and gives him great odds to draw.
