Ok so he was super effiecient
ok he handled my problem quickly and with no fuss
and ok, i have no complaint

BUT, check out the last line!!

ring ring
Me - hello, my card wont deposit, i chceked with the bank and it is fine
him - what card sir
Me - the one ending 9876
him - thats why sir, we dont have that card, we have 9871
Me - no, im looking at it and its rig.....ohhh........ummmm......ok so im an idiot
him - well err, yeah

The missus and I spent the last 5 mins laughing.
