Did the whole site loose connection for a bit around 1.10am

whilst playing a dym at around 1.10am, with an AA in my hand and just about to go all in after being raised with 4 left on the table i had a technical glich' i lost connection when i got back in i had lost most of my chips noticed 2 of the other players also had lost connection managed to pull back a little bit but unfortunatly came 4th

    Hi Guys,

    I've had word from the team and i'm afraid there were no reported faults with the site or connection problems during Wednesday night/Thursday morning.

    I can't promise anything but If you feel your disconnection was out of the ordinary please contact the customer care team and explain your case and they will be more than happy to investigate and see if anything can be done. At the very east they will be able to offer some advice to stop you experiencing disconnections in the future.

    if you need any more help - just shout.

    Hi Rich, I too disconnected at the same time, but I was also playing other sites too which disconnected, so maybe it happened on a bigger scale?

    i was frozen out with just 2 players left in a tournament, i had to watch as my chip lead disappeared and finally drained. Following contact with sky they state that no other people experienced difficulties however this information appears to be incorrect.

    Well, it's been reported here by several players, and from the hand history posted it looks like it probably cost Lea116311 double her buy-in.
