looking for advice from better players!!

hi all, wanted some advice, been playing poker for about 6 months so still a novice but think I play ok raising and folding when i should and not here to whinge about bad beats but seem to be losing a lot of hands that i should be winning cos of people calling with junk and catching draws, flushes etc, whats the best way to play against this?

    if you think you are raising and folding when you should and it is all correct.  Dont do anything, just keep playing as you are playing and try to not let it get to you.......which is the real problem.  Variance should even itself out but tilt will kill you

    i have recently learnt that if you are a winning player you can lose over 50k hands.
    play 250k hands, if you keep getting money in good you will show a profit.
