That was great fun and what star performances by Mere and Dylan! Loved it enormously and still in a state of shock, jeez that was REALLY tough, amazing, wp all xxx
Congratulations Supernova on winning the last event.
If we do it again, I'm open to suggestions for a better scoring system since this one seems skewed towards those of us who did best in the first event which had by far the biggest field.
A great fun evening and congratulations to everyone that took part.
Apologies to anyone that I ignored in the chatbox or slow-rolled - I was in mini-view and just can't cope with 4-tabling!
I like that one machka jumped up a couple on the leaderboard )
I'd like to say how i very much enjoyed last night was good fun, manic at times as was playing double stack at the same time which may have cost me the win there as came 2nd, but still done alright
not bad for my first attempts, although alot of it lucky imo. even got berated by tikay for folding after i raised and i still dont know whether i should have called
anyway definately be up for this again, not about tonight so hopefully wont be then or maybe a weekly thing for a tuesday?
Congratulations to Mere who was immense on the final table of the 9.25, unbeatable practically and done well in all tournaments so well done mate your excused for not talking as you done well )
Firstly thanks to Tikay for starting this thread and getting my interest up enough to go and play in the 8:25 last night.
I cant deny that it was a bit bewildering and that some very basic mistakes were made (stil cant get over that hand with Dylan and how badly I played it), but it was also great fun too, trying to help people who had even less clue than me.
great work by Dylan keeping everyone updated on how all 4 tournies were going , and wd to Mere even if he was rude and didnt chat ( I know you were in mini view Vince just joshing)

GREAT evening.
Dylan's updating, Tommy made 3 FT's, Supernova beat a real tough field to beat TommyD & Mere, and Mere made ALL FOUR Finals!
And as Elsa said, not one moan or whinge all night, happy days.
We'll do it again later this week if you boys are up for it.
The final column is the average of the two best scores.
In all 117 people registered to play and there were 80 different players,
Apologies for thre delay but I was 4-tabling until very late. ;-)))
btw, how the heck did i get 3rd?? i thought you had a maths degree lol

I have no idea how you managed to do that while entering all four tournaments.
I think using % of the field beat the table would become:
