My games keep freezing for about 9 seconds every 30 seconds, HELP!!!

     Yes this happens to me quiet frequently, what i do to cure it is to delete my temepory internet files and a regualr basis. This seems to have a good effect. Also try plugging your computer directly into your router if u are currently using wireless this may slove the delay. If you come up with any other methods or anyone else has any ideas id love to hear them. Good luck all. kyle
