In Response to Re: Are you going to get any real poker player presenters? : Yes, I'm quite sure, in some ways, you could. But, you see, this is the thing, the criteria for an Analyst is more than just a knowlege of Level 4 poker niceties. The past participle of "to see" is ""seen", & it is a requirement of the Presenters and Analysts to have a passing familiarity with the English language. So, perhaps it's not quite as easy as some might at first sight assume, would you not agree?

yeah 100% ,perhaps you can just put me on a box, out of sight, then when a hand comes up i come out dicuss my thoughts and pop back in the box, then repeat for the rest of the show?

Well maybe I've mis-read this thread but I seem to remember you saying you were better than those posting on here and some of your comments about Dohx7 were unfounded.

As for the fifty bucks, we play in pounds on Sky so on a 25/50 table it probably won't suffice. To truly assess your ability and those you are playing with half a buy-in isn't enough.

As I said Sky is my home site. I was making the point that of all the sites I have played over the years, and still do, I regard Sky as my home for poker.

As for negative, I'm afraid that negativity attracts negativity.

Take up the offer of a game, have some good natured banter at the table and get to know those you are questioning. I think you might be surprised.

    You could be invisible!

Wait - NOW I get the meaning of your name - you are a 6'-3" tall invisible rabbit. Are we confusing poker with pooka, here?

Hmm, my "Harvey" & pooka Post seems to have killed the Thread.

To be fair, one needs to be "fairly old" to grasp it's relevance. Elsadog will understand though, I'm sure. ;)

    ''Sigh''  I do, I do.

It's my big six-o this year but my brain still thinks I'm 30. Why is that? I know I can't be 30 'cos I've been married for 40 but I still try to play footy with the kids ....... so, so sad.

Why not be a studio guest on Master Cash and have a go on The Grind.  I'm sure everyone would like to see you topping the ROI tables.  As a bonus you would be right there to critique the presenter/analysts and inform us how to improve.

Tikay, I would expect more accurate information from you.  I think you'll find Pooka is 6' 3 1/2".

were is the studio, if london its a bit of a trek unless they pay for me to get there and pay for my hotel room.

I not one to boast but I think i could easily top the ROI tables over a large sample size. Obiously one session does not really show much as you could have been card dead, ran into coolers etc. But if they did it over 100k hands, which is not practical I would not be surpised to be in the top 3

I'm really confused now. Earlier you said you didn't want to transfer a large portion of your b/roll to play in a game on here. If £100 or so is a large portion ............. ????

what are you talking about.  If I was to play a 50.1 table, I would prob want to transfer like 5buy ins incase I get busted  which is £500. Wereas if i play 10nl i will only need to transfer 50£

'I guess I’m just a more serious and better player then half the people who posted in this thread'

'but I might have to play on the TV tables one day and show some people who are questioning me how to play some real poker.'

'and all the basic mistakes I see you make at the tables.'  (aimed at dohx7)

You mentioned in your post, i don't no why people are being negative towards you on this post, and challenging you.

I believe these comments you made earlier may give you a slight indication to why this may be.

And you can be quiet, too. It's not even slightly funny.

Kinda puts the whole thread in context. We get the rub from someone who only watches the Show when "there is nothing on TV"....

Marv. I'm having a shocker today.
