Which Player Are You????

In my mind there is 3 types of poker players on Sky Poker, they all have various traits and common patterns which are you??? Please post and let us know which you are, no come on dont be embarresed lol.

1) THE NEANDERTHAL!!!  The first type of player that we come across is very similer to a very drunk Scotty Ngyuen. By this i mean the are loud generally very angry, but will allways be smiling but there call with A2 comes good and outdraws QQ or KK. By this i simply mean the type of player who just has a little bit of a punt and treats poker the same way that they would a slot machine in the pub or the roulette table, take a spin hope it comes in...
These players can regualry be found playing the Open and also giveing there money away playing 25p/50p cash games, good fun to play against when they are losing but infuriating to play against when they are outdrawning everyone.

2) THE TRAINED MONKEY!!! The second type of play that we come across on the tables is the trained monkey. This player has probally read a book or two and have watched allot of Sky Poker TV and are playing ABC poker. They can be found grinding the 2p/4p cash tables up to 25p/50p. Often they are break even or make a small loss. This player you will find will be hard to beat because they are confident with big hands and nervous with small holdings making it hard to extract a big profit from them. Unless, and this is key, they have regressed into THE NEANDERTHAL this will happen when the player has been on a night out come home after a big night and flicked the laptop open and starts tilting. You can tell this happens when the slurred typing starts appearing in the chat box saying things like 'OMG hw u cal my raize preflp wit j10 r u a complete Moron?'ect. When in actual they min raised with 55, and can't belive it when they get outdrawn by J10 and so on.

3)THE FUTURE WSOP MAIN EVENT WANNABE!!! This player is the most comical of all the players. They are like myself, the biggest tell to find out if you come in this catagory is if you unplugg your laptop and take it to the loo with you because you cant bear to miss a hand incase you have a good spot!!! Come on you know who you are lol....These players are generaly very involved with poker and there mind thinks and dream of nothing else in any spare moment. You also come under this catagory if you have ever missed work becasue of or for a poker tourny. These players are not nessicerily winning players but all belive they have what it takes to do the business. The winning players are the ones who have got good BRM.

If anyone can think of any other catagory please post and hopefully we can get evryone to get involed and make a good thread. No Worries Kyle

No worreis thanks alot i will be getting back to every1 asap with regards to that because its something that im going to push forward. I have gr8 ideain my opinion and inteand to speak to sky and get it off the ground. Ive been playing for years and years now, but the turning point for me which got me hooked was when i walked into the lobby at the corwn csino poker room in melbourne in the middle of the Victorian Poker Champs ther. That was me, i met Joe Hachem within the 1st 3 days at the crown and regualrly saw players like Tony G playing csh games live. I started playing 2/3 cash tables there for a laff and then i just never left. was there for nealry a year grinding it out was such a good experience, and i used all the money i won to carry on traveling in style across asia and europe was great fun. My g/f didnt mind the holiday 'free' holiday either lol.

haha thats very very impressive. Ive only made a couple of hundred but i keep pushing up the levels so its getting better and better. Considering i am only 18 it is great because i earn more money than i would having a part time job and im off to uni soon so i can keep playing there. I wanted to play live in london at one of the casinos. Anywhere you recommend?

Yer ive play at both the vic and i did play once at the Gutshot when it was at its best a few years ago, which i loved. Unfortunatly tho i bubbled in that event arrrrg. But the cardroom was nice. I actually got my 1st lesson in livecash games ther, i sat down with 1400 on a 25 cash table playing pot limit poker, i had never played pot limit before at this time and was fairly new to the game. Becaue of this is lost my whole roll with AKs, i waited for a decent hand as was slightly nervous and when i got it over over bet preflop buy repoting a allready raise/call pot forcing nearly half my chips in in one go, when i missed the flop and it came raggs is pushed allin because i was commited, and got called by J6o who had missed the flop to but had gutshot and 2 live cards. he only calld becasue he was commited to pot, that was my 1st live experience and one i will not forget becasue it was an xpenisve lesson. NEVER SIT DOWN OUT OF YOUR BANKROLL AT GAMES YOUR NOT FAMILER WITH. i walked home with a horrid feeling in the pit of my stomach that day i can tell you. so my advice is find somewhere your comfortable playing and really just have fun the1st couple of times without risking it big, dont get cocky and play your game dont get intimidated, and just have fun with it.

no im not a pro lol, i just love to play. I was working 2 jobs at the time had had a few decent results on a couple of other site at the time. Then when i went overseas i guess i was a amatuer pro for  a while grinding it out like i did for so long. however ive spent everything ive ever won bar a few thousend that i keep for a float, but becasue i like to see the world and have a ggod time ive been skint more times than i like to think about lol. Ive had to start all over again many times. I remember when i 1st got to melbourne i had no money, i had to beg my g/f to lend me $100 to enter the sunday freezeout at the crown, which thankfully i wenton to win and took $3800 and that was me up and running again lol. Now i dont let myself get skint because beggin is a very hard way to make a living lol, alos ive learnt my lessons and will stick to BRM. Also i intend to get this new poker business up and running which should be alot of fun. Curently i have no job since getting back i just dont fancy it, ive tried a few jobs since ive been home but i just dont see the benifit in working for someone else???

Ahhh i aim to work for someone else, less risk, sick pay, social aspects etc etc... cant beleve your gf let you borrow $100 for a poker tournament lol. Nice one winning it! Do you know of anywhere that do cheaper buy ins for sngs, i mean live games in london. I know empire casino do 28 quid freezout on week days which sounds good but i would prefer sngs.
