NORMALLY I ENJOY PLAYING WIN OR LOSE, IT`S NOT THAT MY CONFIDANCE HAS GONE I JUST DON`T KNOW WHY I CAN`T SEEM TO GET INTO PLAYING AT THE MOMENT, I`M THINKING OFF TAKING A COUPLE DAYS OFF OR SHOULD I CARRY ON AND SEE IF MY ( I GUESS YOU COULD CALL IT ) MOJO COMES BACK ? ANY ADVICE IS WELCOME

Yup, sounds like some rest is very advisable, You may find if you dont, your play may well suffer, well mine did
You might not know me, but i have played on here from the start and became a well known member of the sky community.
I know this doesnt seem to answer your question, but bear with me. I used to play EVERY night and loved doing that, but then i found that i wasnt enjoying it as much as i was(not just because i was losing more than winning), so i made the decision to take some time off poker. I now ONLYplay when i want to and when i am in the right frame of mind.
I also have gone from playing tournies to playing DYM,s, cash and omaha, but at lower levels and i am back enjoying the game.
i believe a complete rest doesnt always solve problems, but try playing when rested and relaxed, it may help.

Try omaha or playing higher.
Playing a higher level (give it 2/3 buy ins) will get you going and bring the buzz back when u win a big pot or make a big bluff.
Watching the timer run down when ur sitting there with nothing in your hand, but all ur chips in the midde, is probably the biggest buzz in poker.
Good luck x
The advice given already is spot on mate....TAKE A BREAK! I have decided this month to only play in the Deep stack tourney that bornablade has organised and the late night forum SnG's. I will give the MTT's a miss this month as I will not 'enjoy' playing in them.
I have also increased my playing time on another site which is like a mini break from here. If you do this for a week or two then come back refreshed it might help.
If you decide to take a complete break from poker for a while, why dont you have a small wager on the footy matches coming up. There are loads of good tips (and some not so good) in the Shed. This might turn out profitable for you with a bit of fun for good measure.
What ever you decide matey.......Good Luck!!!!

I agree with all the above mentioned..every post.
I think ultimately you will know what it is that`s making the game in your words ` I CAN`T SEEM TO GET INTO PLAYING AT THE MOMENT `for you at this time.
I absolutely love poker, and have took a break (2 days max. I couldnt leave it much longer c`os of my sheer love of the game) but only because i have been tired and found that my game has been suffering when I am tired, as I`m sure can be said by the majority of poker players. xxxx
naked, in as public place as you can. It is the only way to play poker.
I started at the micro stakes in my bedroom with the door locked, then I left it ajar. Now I am a much better player and I play naked in my front garden.
Hey Spornybol
Not had the pleasure of playing you, but from your previous posts, you know what your doing and what your talking about. The answer you looking for, is clear to me and as it seems to other who’ve replied to you.
You have got to take a break. End of...
We all go through it at some stage, some more often than others. So have a day, a week or even a month, but take time away to do something else.
What’s the point of playing if you don’t really want to play?
Take care bud, what ever you choose.

well if it is really really cold I suppose you could put a sock on it.
I never have the problem myself, Mrs Miyagi is very handy with chopsticks and can grab a single grain of rice blindfolded.
