refunds

 sky may still be a rubbish poker site regarding consistancy (games freezing or going slow) but they are getting better at refunding players, got mine back 30 seconds after table shut down. they  must be getting used to it lol

on a positive note it seems in the £7000 Bh at least all player got back more than the buy in

    I was in a smaller £2 BH and got back £5. But £3 was a refund and £2 was what id already taken in heads with my own head price.

    In my tournament the 7:15 deepie everyone got refunds even people who got knocked out before the freeze

    Fair play to sky that night they were quick and fair with the refunds.

    Yeah, it was frozen for me from 8.30 till 10ish!! :(

    And still no refund, who do i contact re refunds?

    Id contact customer services, theres a little chat thing at the bottom mate. I had the same freeze and i got mine within seconds of being notified

    The chat thing is pretty decent. The guy is going to email me back in an hour to find out about how the refund was dished out.

    while looking through the site i found new roulette boy was i in for a major shock? this is not there own site they are using a site everybody else uses EG.ladrokes. williamhill. betfred.I could go on whats the point.what iam saying is do yourselfs a favour dont play it i did boy were they greedy.  THEsite is inGIBRALTER... and the people who run it dont care who they rip off. you have heard off taking a rake? well rake i dont mind. but blatent rip off i do.so if you play it  .BEWARNED.

    Wish you luck mate. Im a loyal customer of Sky and its by far my favorite internet site, mostly on the basis of it being 6 handed where i play better poker. However i disagree with everyone getting a refund and a fair few not getting one.
