£50 bet on france or england?

1st match £80 down......i have a £50 free bet on betfair...do i put it on france @ 5/4 or england at 8/15

obviously england have a better chance but do i take a chance on france and get more value

two hours to place bet so i will bet on the most popular choice..

    One out of left field dave, but I would say neither, I have backed Uruguay to win the whole tournament.

    I say maybe £50 on them to win tonight, or if ur not as confident as I am,  £25 on the draw.

    They WILL NOT LOSE tonight, trust DOHH.

    Who else has Marquez, the goalscoring centre half in their FF team? lol

    France. I just hope its not a draw as my selection for todays games was a double on 2 draws but didnt make it to bookies and couldnt access online due to unforeseen circs :-( . Don't wanna be on tilt from first day of world cup ha ha

    Ribery could ruin it for Uruguay.  I think the first game for England is a bit of unknown what with altitude, and defensive frailties.  So I wd taje France as the better valoooo

    Uruguay might be dangerous, qualified from the tough South America qualifiers. France are not the force they were a few years ago, needed a play-off and 'The hand of God mark II' to qualify.

    The odds on England and France are probably are fair reflection of each teams chances. More risk for more reward (France), or play it a bit safer for less reward (England), the choice is yours.
