I learned very early in life that when the wind is in our face, it's uphill, & everything we touch goes wrong - a sort of reverse King Midas - is the time when our character & mettle are tested to the full. And, one way & another, it's been that sort of week! I really ought to write a Blog about the trials, tribulations & trevails this week has visited upon me.
For now, though, suffice to say, "sorry" if you were affected by last night's site issues. Your angst is understandable. So is ours.....
But I don't do "give up", so the Show goes on, & tonight, I have a feeling we are going to have some fun playing the game we all enjoy so.

The first two T-o-T's were remarkable for the structure, how well they played, & there was not a single complaint about the structure. Who'd have thunk - poker players & no moaning?!

For a Free Entry to the NEXT "Take-on-tikay" tourney, just nominate the TOTAL number of players that will contest...
1) Tonight's 8pm Main Event
2) Tonight's 8.30pm "Take-on-tikay".
I just need the Total really, but please make predictions for both.
Form Guide -
For what it's worth, the Friday Night main Event usually gets around 300 runners.
The "Take-on-tikay" got 427 & 302 in it's two runnings thus far.
Tonight's field sizes will be severely depleted by the World Cup Match between Uruguay & France, which starts at 7.30pm.
At time of this Post, the Main has 24 runners, the T-o-T has 35 runners.
All you have to do is enter as follows;
"8pm Main Event - 150 runners
8.30 T-o-T - 150 Runners.
TOTAL 300 runners."
There will be THREE Free Entries to next week's T-o-T on offer. Anyone who gets it spot-on scoops ALL THREE entries, which of course will be spread over three weks. If no correct answer, the THREE nearest answers will all get free entry for next week's T-o-T.
I'm afraid that as there have been some "late Edits" in these fun comps in recent weeks, I have to close the Free Entry Comp at 7.30pm, so I can audit the replies. Sad, but true.
