Hi all,

Apologies for being absent from the forum for a few days, but I've been working.  Honest.

Actually, I plan to publish my first blog about my Vegas adventures next week.  In the meantime, you can find random musings and photos of stuff I've observed on Twitter - where I now post as @J_Hartigan

    And what films should I watch on the flight to Vegas? No romantic ones, nothing with singing, no "period" stuff, just Documentaries, or Pulp Fiction stylee please.

    Pfff, over-hyped Vegas. The weather won't be as nice as it is in Stoke. The food won't be in bigger portions. The poker will be played for cash instead of oatcakes or ciggies. Honestly I can see no reason why you'd want to work out there, let alone enjoy it........
