If you win entry to a tournament can you cancel registration and get the buy in back?

    if you cant make the tournament they sometiems transfer it to another day as to getting the money back dont think so, best of contacting customer services

    exactly this. if you don't think you'll be able to play for whatever reason, just contact customer care and explain your situation. The team will be happy to listen and depending on the circumstances, may transfer your entry to another day.

    This to me is dsigusting,they already have five players buy in fee from the sat SO how can they possibly JUSTIFY keeping the other £28? Sorry SKY but i do not see how this can be.

    Thanks for your message. the usual procedure for this situation would be to arrange a time and tournament that you would be available for. One of the team will be contacting you shortly to help resolve this and find a date where you are available to play in the Primo.
