major pain in ar??

HAVE CONNECTION PROB WITH SKY OR BROADBAND ??? DON`T KNOW, HAD GREAT RUN IN B/H SAT 4K TOP 7 FINNISH, 4TH AT TIME THEN WENT DOWN, FOUND OUT END FINISHED 9TH, AT LEAST THOSE THAT WHERE CONNECTED HAD CHANCE WINNING SO W/D ALL, REFUND??, WAS NOT SKY I KNOW WHO IT WAS, THEY WILL PAY, PS IT WAS A SAT

    Nice showing on the grind saturday night btw - nerve racking being on the fone u did well!

    Were other websites working at the same time?

    Unless there has been a widespread problem that has come from Sky Pokers end then you won't get a refund.  There have been no connection issues reported on the forum, so I think it was an issue your end.

    And to be fair to Sky, whenever the problem has been with them they have always refunded me.  So its not like they're out to take your money!

    it was not problem with sky poker, phoned c/care and the where great help, they took me off the take on tk at my request, it was that i was doing so well in the 4k sat, where i was 4th and top 7 qualified, then laptop would do absalute nothing, even closing down and rebootin did not help so in the end i could nothin which was very frustratin, i only hate losing money when i`m  in control not when laptop goes down, oh well it seems laptop ok now so will try a couple small dym and see how that goes if ok try bigger tournies
