I thought I was ok raising in EP with A10 suited here, I'd seen the villain call with a wide range of hands even when he'd completely missed the flop.
As I'd raised pre-flop, I fired out again after the flop to find out where where I was, when he flat called I figured he'd hit something, maybe a pair. After then turn I think I should have put in a stronger bet or perhaps shoved to take it there and then. I couldn't believe what he had when the cards were. Is this guy a complete donk or did I mis-play this horribly to give him value? |

The whole idea of "finding out were I am so I bet" is flawed. Because when you are ahead they fold, and you get no value, and when you are behind they will call.
When betting instead think, I got the lead, and 1 over and a gutshot, I am betting here to fold out Villians equity in the hand (any random low card Dimound, PP, gutter).
harvey23 - thanks for the advice, I'll try to remember that going forward.
