screen froze

Has anyone not been able to call before because screen froze and if so whos fault is it because normally if its a connection problem at my end it states that and this time it didnt,i spoke to help desk and they didnt seem to concerned they just said it was my ends fault,is this the case??as it cost me 40 pound coz i would of won the hand and knocked opponent out which would of won me 40 quid..cheers for any answers..

    I don't know where the fault was but of course they will tell you its your end,and they aren't concerned because they haven't lost anything. You didn't really think they would say 'oops soz that's our fault have £40 on us' did you? Good luck in your quest though.

    Hi Chipsta,

    It happens sometimes when I play on my PC but does not seem to happen when I play on my laptop (which is quikcer) so I've always assumed it's "my end"
