AK suited on the BB, raised under the gun and called. Didnt feel comfortable against two opponents so decided a re-raise was in order. Still had two opponents but pretty much the best possible flop to have. Think i may have overbet the flop but still managed to induce the re-raise, wanted to play the im scared of that ace and the hearts card which i think worked.

I make the commited call, dont think i could have folded. And then hit the flush, had no idea until the money was in how good shape i was in after the A alone hit.

yeah villain has played this hand about as bad as it it humanly possible to.

the reasoning behind your 3-bet is good, and obv you never pass on that flop, quite why the villain has waited for the ace to drop before commiting is beyond me, still, it's a £2 bounty, enjoy the free money

Why would fold even come into the equation?

You've flopped the world, should be delighted to get it all-in on that every single time.

Played it fine mate, good betting throughout. unsure why you would consider folding as perfect flop top pair with top kicker + you can hit your nut flush as a back up

Don pre is good, the flop is the best in the world, you dont want to pot it because it's so much of your stack just bet something that looks like you can fold, call a shove and shove any turn if called.

    Thanks Beaneh,

I was never folding, i worded it incorrectly in my origional post.

I thought i had overbet the flop wasnt 100% sure, that was the main reason for the post. As i state in the title i won the hand but wasnt sure how i played it. I never knew my opponent was anywhere near as strong as kings pre, and i think a number of people would probably agree with that. Was a dream flop in my opinion and i think alot of you agree with that.

    Thanks guys.
