Ha ha, it was a posters comment on the forum network, its most probably one of those bad beat losers that are always in area 51 saying 'sky fix, dodgy RNG' etc. The standard cant be that poor here when all the losers slide off to other sites where it aint 'fixed' because they can make money on those.
