Congratulations. Fantastic performance to get so far. Did you find it difficult to keep your concentration and play your best over such a long tournament?
Enjoyed following your progress, really wanted to wish you well on the forum when you were going mega-deep, but didn't.....purely for Jonah purposes :0) Superb Display, WELL DONE. Can I ask you a question too? In a massive event like the WSOP, at what point do you realistically think to yourself.....mmmm I could win this? Posted by emilyegg
Well tbh, i was just taking one day, one level, one hand at a time. Its very easy to start getting over confident and i believe we saw this in the way a lot of bigger stacks dramatically blew up over the days and literally gave all their chips away. Maybe if i was chip leader with like 15-20 people left i would of given it consideration, but def not before that point. Even at the late stages its still a marathon and your still going to have to get very lucky to get yourself in a position to win or even make the final.
Excellent result Redmond and thanks for posting... Will you be playing the live curcuit now? gukpt's, ept's etc? Enjoy the money and have fun! Hoggers Posted by GREGHOGG
I would love to play the circuit, but not without a sponsor. I will def be playing a couple more tournies now, but we will see if any offers come up to enable me to play them all
congrats, so hopefully no more £1/£2 grinding for you? any regrets? Best player you played against? Does it make you weep when you see luckboxes like Candio making it to the final table? Posted by offshoot
Lol, ill still be grinding somewhat. Best player is difficult to say as there are so many great internet players that kinda play all the same lol. But yer, the standard was very high at the end so i couldnt choose an individual. Most annoying was def john robert bellande. Absoulute attention seeker who on the whole played terrible (callin 25bb shoves with k7 and telling the table it was to send a message not to 3 bet him etc lol) And no, i dont hold any animosity towards any player at this stage, regardless of luckbox ability lol, cos at the end of the day, thats poker sometimes!

No not at all atually. I think mainly because i have kinda done that in the past and whenever i felt i wasnt playing my best, i remembered that awful bitter feeling i get after im eliminated. Bad beats/running bad are part of the game sometimes, but to be knocked out or to lose chips because your mind starts drifting or your getting bored, i think for a pro is unacceptable
From your experience playing with some of them, who do you think will go on to win it? Posted by Mr_Miyagi
Strangely, i havent even played with most of them due to table draws. But i did play with Joseph and at this stage with his chips i think hed be my pick. He mixes it up very well and has a very cool head for an event of this stature
