Playing with a small BR

Right as some of you know from other posts. ive managed to drain my BR again and playing 100% br treating it as a freeroll on the NL4 tables.

Im reloading £25 once thats done, but on the cash sence what would people advise how i use this.

    Bottom limit 2/4 nl good ABC poker and u will double ur BR then u can lose it to me lol

    i have same problem, although the other day played out of reasonable banlroll and found i done better bad brm but it worked so doubled it, still only low though so i assume good game selection
