he has a flush like 99% of the time and a set the other 1%.
basically i dont expect him to be minraise/folding ever, and if he has a small flush then you want to get all the money in on the turn incase a 4th diamond comes down.

even vs K high flush if the river is another diamond you might not be able to get stacks in. i would just make it about a fiver in total shoving all rivers obv
