Primo Semi - Qualified for £3000 Open????

Played in the primo semi tonight 20th July and finished 2nd.  Were 11 players so 2 seats were available for Primo £9000.  After tournament, was told qualified for £3000 gtd open, but as I had registered for the open already they gave me the entry value of £11.  Third place was awarded over £50.  Can anyone explain why I haven't qualified for the Primo on sunday 25th July??? Checked listed players for Primo on sunday night and neither myself or the winner of tonights game are registered.  Why is this??
