    Very early stages of a deepstack torny...no history

    Figured no point raising as only a better hand is paying me off

    As it happens it looks like I would have got paid off

    Any thoughts?

    Betting 375 on flop is too little, might aswell just check. Then why do you slow down on turn, surely now you bet bigger for value. Awful call by peacock gets rewarded, what can you do.

    A lot of hope did no-one any good, you should have just checked flop, turn was an awful call and bad things happen.

    you cant just 'hope' someones gonna play the way you want them to. There has to be some reasoning behind it. If youre gonna lead out that flop then bet bigger. Why do you think someones gonna raise a scary flop you led out at? its not likely to happen unless they have a really strong hand and if they do then there gonna bet anyway and you can checkraise.  I doubt youre gonna get people raising your donklead with QJ or QK probably.

    I dont mind the lead so they cant check behind Q's or draws but bet more. Youre not really disguising the strength of your hand the way you think you are.

    Turn: no one raised your flop bet so what range are they likely to have? weak Q's, straight draws, flush draws. A lot of hands that are gonna be happy to take a free card basically or want to get to showdown cheaply.. This particular time you were up against an idiot and got unlucky but you have to think about your opponents range when picking spots to craise or to bet. Is my opponent likely to have a big hand? Will he bet to try and protect his weak hands? etc etc.
