    Unlucky there Don.

    Nobody on the Forum can assist with these queries, Customer Care is your best route.

    As a general rule, however, "lag" is at the USER end, not the Service Provider end, & as such, there's not much they can do about it.

    Speak to a Computer Geek, & they'll best advise you how to "set" your PC to operate at it's most efficient. You'd be surprised how many ways there are to optimise PC performance so as to avoid lag.
