    Unlucky there Don.

    Nobody on the Forum can assist with these queries, Customer Care is your best route.

    As a general rule, however, "lag" is at the USER end, not the Service Provider end, & as such, there's not much they can do about it.

    Speak to a Computer Geek, & they'll best advise you how to "set" your PC to operate at it's most efficient. You'd be surprised how many ways there are to optimise PC performance so as to avoid lag.

    even tk wouldnt fold those hands pre.......

    I didnt have any lag my end so maybe it was your pc??

    I was getting hacked as i was playing. The firewall had picked up the intruder and it was killing my connection.

    Glad the problem's sorted ... but ...

    Last week you were off elsewhere because of a run of bad beats  This week you are "off till its sorted."

    I'm detecting a general pattern of "Satisfaction now or I'm off (again)" which for no particular reason reminds me somewhat of my ex-wife.  Are you in fact my ex-wife - perhaps in drag???

    No, on second thoughts having looked at your photo, you can't be - you're much better looking.
