i got accused of being greedy with this hand :)

right id been a bit card dead folding most hands pre flop then get 66 so i thought id put a little raise to build the pot hoping to flop a set which i did :)

so a cheeky small raise on flop then another raise after turning a full house.

at that point she had pair of 8's which was on the board anyway.

the river gave her 2 pair at which she went all in and i called.

then i got a load of grief for being greedy and why didnt i just go all in on the flop.

i tried explaining about value betting but she really didnt get it.

i think thats the oddest reaction ive had playing on here lol

    i couldnt of played it better myself, you had a plan pre and knew exactly what you wanted to do, if they say why didnt you stick it in on the flop in future say "i just wanted to value town you baby"

    it didnt bother me dudeskin was just so funny a reaction. wasnt like i had dished out a bad beat either.

    the ironic thing is my avatar/location says value town when you put the mouse over it.

    if carlsberg did irony................................

    Very strange, when she asked you why you didn't go all in on the flop you should have said you thought you were behind and needed to catch up ;-)

    Donkeyplop you are far more experianced than me at this level, maybe the ability to plan flopping a set is why ;)

    Anyways i like the play here. She chases her gutshot and hits two pair. Now i just love it when someone stacks off in that kind of situation, feels so great getting "Free Money" as i call it.

    Anyways, if your greedy for that, i must be the greediest S.O.B on Sky i love making plays like this, expessially against people who will pay.
