you dont want him to fold preflop

flop shove is fine because of awkward stack sizes

Hey Langton, nice to see a newbie in the clinic! Come here more and post more hands!

Your quote above is right and wrong. You want to raise more, but NOT to make him fold.

U have a great hand, therefore you want to get as much money in the pot as you can. - If people fold here, you aren't getting value for your hand.

Also, you are only playing with £5ish on a £20 table......

Therefore you miss out on value for your hands, and also, players wont respect your raises, as you can't hurt them.

I would have raised more pre flop, then shoved the flop as you did.

The big problem though is your stack, and if you can't afford to buy into the game or top up to 100xbb, you should play lower stakes.

    I agree with DoHHHH

My raie preflop is probably nearer £1.20, ok so you loae your customer here, however its better to win a small pot than lose a big one.

As DoHHHH said buy in for the ful 100BBs this can maximise profit but also gets your raises more respected.

    Unlucky.

actually the bigger your stack the less 'respect' you will get
