18 person sit n gos reinstate?

Right have done a similar thread but cant find it

Basically i think these should be re-instated, always found them a great way to build a bankroll quicker personally, also a great way of warming up for Main event or even winning the money to play the higher event.

Ok so some of the higher buy ins of this are not going to be very useful, but always found £55p-£2.20 seemed to fill up reasonably well.

So i thought i would put a poll and see what sky says

    I think these were cancelled because they took too long to fill up.

    They was mate, but from the last thread i did there seemed to be many people who used to play them

    Also most days you would get a couple going at least, i understand higher then £2.20 no point as will take too long to start a game but they used to be quite frequent at 2.20 and lower used to be every 40 mins or so occasionally would see a couple running so i believe there is interest out there

    alternative to the DS and used to work ok being a scary, people please put ideas and views on here

    Hi young gun ive voted for them but tbh ive never played 18 seater before ;o) but i most certainly would play them for the buy-in levels you are suggesting.Gl mate dav



    EDIT its ok i understand now what a thicko i am lol.I still vote for the reinstatement though.

    The 18 seater 55p/1.10p scary used to always be popular especially at the weekends. Would be nice if they brought them back on trial or something.....AND HOW GOOD WOULD AN OMAHA VERSION BE?????

    emilyegg good idea with the trial, i think they will still come back with the response that they take too long to fill up but when they are its usually a good game worth playing

    but its worth a shot, omaha 18 person would be carnage  i like it!

    They could even go half way so-to-speak....

    Maybe try a 12 seater small-stake scary in hold`em and omaha formats, one on a Friday night, the other on a Saturday....just to see how they go.

    I would love to see these back, I have posted on couple of similar threads and started one in community suggestions a couple of wks back but have never seen a response from sky.

    never do mark , only time i've had a response they said would take too long to fill up. with the recent rise in ppl online i reckon these would run regularly at least worth a trial run

    I'd be interested in playing them at buyins in the £1 to £5 zone, but from what I remember it was only the 30p tournaments that ever filled up and I've moved on from that level now.
