OK this is early doors in a deepstack. The bet stunk to me of a missed flush draw hense the call. Anyways what you guys think.

    Don't bet the river.

    C/F or C/C.

the only advice id give is you didnt need to get so heavy in such an early stage of a deepstack.

i guess you were unlucky though that the other guy had a flush and straight draw.

Agreeing with ploppers, no need to commit yourself so early on in a deepie, pot control m8-- I think you were far too agro with such a dodgy hand--- no need for the out of position river bet at all mate-- you may have had to call a bet, but you can't commit yourself like that when first to act--- good luck next time--floppa whoppa!

Cheers Nutter i was hopng for a responce from on of the more experianced deepstacked players. Im more used to the faster played donk style tournaments.

    Thanks for the comments.

No worries m8-- personally, at 10/20 blinds utg, I would have limped here, called a 3x raise if there was one, and then you can pot the flop without commiting yourself too much-- In such a long game, you can wait till you flop a whoppa before you bet that agro-- this is the kind of betting pattern I would make with flopped trips, even then, the river bet is too big from utg--bear in mind how many hands have you beat

The main aim early is surviving till the break with most of your stack intact-- if you flop a whoppa and get paid--thats a big plus, but by no means essential to your chances of winning--- gl m8-- keep playing these 2.20 games-- these are the games that help us learn a good solid game--- every one is worth a lot more than 2.20 in the long term---gl
