On line tells!

I have been playing on line poker for about 6 months but only the last month since joing Sky have I played daily, I have been playing poker for 10 years home, backroom and casino games. Since joining Sky Poker with a deposit of £20 a month ago my BR now stands at just over a £100 playing 4/8p 5/10p and low stakes sit and go 6 seaters so feel my experience is paying off. I am keeping it small ball at the moment until I am sure I have acclimatised to the cyber game.

In live games you get a good read from physical tells such as sits back in chair, taps fingers and so on, with on line you cant see them so this information is not available.

The tells I try to look for on line is:
Are they a station, mouse, aggressive ect
Bet size
When they bet and check a flop, turn and river
How many pots they get involved with
On line you can keep notes on every player which is a great plus, in a live game players take exception if you try and write FISH on the forehead with a black marker lol

IS THERE ANY MORE ON LINE TELLS I SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR?

Any advise would be very welcome
Many Thanks

    timing tells,
the old tank check river  = super weak
    tank jam river = nuts
call fast = draws / middling hands

names with some sorta poker terminology mean they arent some rando fish!

if someone check/calls 2 streets then decides to half tank on river, blatantly thinkin they shud bet but then dont, snap check behind em!

Ther are no easy quick tells that work for all players. So the only way to get some is to take each opponent individually and get information and betting patterns from them as you play them. Take on board all the information you are given and use this against them in the future.

Timing tells are unreliable due to people multitabling and posiible distractions from t.v or the dog making the timing of decisions meaningless

People that live in big city's are better because of the variety of poker rooms about their local area where as people from small towns are the ones that play in the local pub leagues and are now deciding to take to online poker.

Not sure what this has to do with on line tells but you may be suprised that folk that live in small towns have a car so can travel to the larger poker rooms, as regards the pub leagues I cant comment never played in them always cash for me. I own a few pubs and clubs in small towns and when we organise a cash game the quality of the player that attends is very good.
