    I'm so happy cos my day has been so stupidly manic that I've had no time to play (not at all happy!)
    so logging in and finding an extra £30 couldn't have come on a more perfect day!

    BrownnDog u need to phone customer service quick...it must be just be a mistake.

    Did you enter the bonus code before the start of July?  I think you need to enter it before the month starts for it to count.  I'm not 100% sure though.

    I have mine and a removal of zero in my transactions.  I think there may have been a snaffoo in the payments this month, I'd give it a day and then contact CS.

    i only applied once for the cash for points...not each month and it goes in fine.
    I'd contact customer support guys cos mine is still in my account...looks like they have just had a few problems so dont leave it cos its your money and you earnt it! Let them know if your moneys vanished!

    If you were due a bonus and haven't had it yet don't panic it will all be sorted ASAP.

    Hi,

    I've had a look into the issue here and the 'July Cash for Points Removal' adjustment your seeing on your account is the removal of the Poker Points that you earned in July.

    I'm sorry that the wording was a bit confusing, but rest assured the cash bonus you earned from Cash for Points in July will not have been affected at all. In future, we will word the Poker Points removal very differently so you know that it's unrelated to your Cash for Points bonus.

    Sorry again for the confusion.
