HELP needed to download hands.

OK I'm an idiot, but I need some help.

I see that many people display their hands in a standard table ... but I just don't know how to do this.

Thanks, Cowgomoo - that's just what I needed.  I don't know why I missed that thread - guess there's just too much for a newbie to grasp all at once.  Anyhow, I appreciate it.
