Are you too good to play in the £1000 Cash for Points Freeroll?

The Cash for Points promotion for July also included a £1000 Freeroll and anyone who earns between 300-500 points gets a free entry into the £1000 Freeroll.

Unfortunately I earned over 500 points in July so this means I do not qualify for entry into the Freeroll. So I must be too good lol.

Is anyone else too good to play in the £1000 Cash for Points Freeroll? or is it just me Lol.

    i`v qualified for the freeroll only because i diid not play as much lasst month, unfortunatly i can`t make so won`t reg, not fair if i reg and then sit out whole tournie, maybe sky will let you take my place or even better just give me top prize for the freeroll now ?? no harm in asking but can guess there reply, oi sky watch your langaunge lol

    I'm not sure what points I got but I think I got a fiver so like you I must be over the 500.

    Just scanned the lobby and I can't find any tournament for a fiver with a prizepool anywhere near a £1,000.

    Tut Tut.  Poker Points are NOT awarded for being GOOD - they are awarded as a "loyalty" bribe for being ACTIVE and giving Sky lots and lots of money in fees/rake.  The points that ARE awarded for being GOOD are called Party Points.  I'm surprised you didn't know this! (LOL)

    Actually, on reflection the points which are awarded for being REALLY GOOD are called CASH and they re the only points that matter.  So ... a really, really, really good player would earn enough on day 1 each month that he/she would be too busy spending it for the rest of the month ever to gain 500 Poker Points.

    Or even 300 ... which is my excuse for not making last month's freeroll. (LOL again.)

    I meant to say that the points which are awarded for being good are called LEAGUE POINTS.  OOPS!

    The bigger question though is........
