Out a dym in two hands

I normally float about until it's 4 headed. Tight as a duck's.

But opened with AQ suited and had to raise. Flop came K high so had to fold to a raise.

Then got AJ suited and the flop came J high. All in and an AQ suited with 2 other suited cards on the flop caught the flush.

Thank God no-one else is about to take advantage of my current tilt. Wait, cash tables! There's always someone there. God love Sky.

You are clearly playing too tight, try going all in on hand one and with the expected double up you can then widen your opening range for hand two to AQ and possibly AJ.  Good luck.
