Ive finally done what i said was impossible. Ive beat NL4. My roll stands strong at £80.03 so now moving onto NL8. Alot of it was the Forum game tonight and just managed the final £8 on another NL8 table.

The hand below is where i broke it knowing i only needed 17p to get the all important £80 mark.

Not meaning to brag, but ive been stuck for sooo god dam long.

Edit - First session of NL8 went pretty poor, went back to NL4 after losing on buy in and got back up to £82.30. There where no NL8 tables with players at that point so done the 7.30 BH, walked into Quad tens to finnish 6th out of 7 felt wierd playing a tournament again. So had £80.00 in the account and decided stuff it sit down and see if any one joins, so i did, a guy sits down with £1 against my £8 which was kind of odd, needless to say i bust him in 6 hands and was sitting with £8.88 because of rake, he rebought for £1 and it was just about 4 or 5 hands again before he was left with nothing, £9.77 on the table but no takers wanting to play, if anyone reads this around no NL8 im sitting down waiting, if not then ill get you all updated about how i go. Roll currently sitting at £81.77 in total.

Lol thanks Sporny, got £12.18 on the table currently and quickly getting a feel of my opponents. Not quite fully comfortable but NL8 is a funny level i guess. Feels too much like the stepping stone, i may go back to NL4 to work up the rest for NL10 not sure.

Feels wierd sporny, ive not been on your table in over a week.

20 buy ins at nl8......£160 (15 is fine imo)

You claim to have beaten nl4, but u have just got to the minimum needed to take it on really (id argue £60 is the minimum - but using 5% u need £80)

And consistantly beat it for a few weeks, not a few days.....

Cud end in tears, but u cud smash nl8, who knows - but risky stuff.

Yea, as you know DoHHHH i like to take the risks to match the rewards, i know you do the same for some circumstances.

I felt 10 BI;s was enough, maybe im wrong, ill see how today goes and assess. I loved last nights forum game, but apart from that ive never really been happy at NL4 even when ive been winning 3 - 4+ BI's. I think the game last night also gave me a small confidence booster, i know most of the guys wherent playing their A game but i felt i competed.

Anyways thanks for the comments guys. :D

Yea thats the plan mate, im just at NL10 as a stepping stone, see what the bridging players are like, and gain some notes for future referance while also gaining an Extra 4p per BB placed into a hand.

Was about to say i had £23 quid on table but ran FH into quads. Still got over £14 on it.

As it was probably my all in With A9 Suited that saw you take all my money when i missed the flush draw  ;o(,  I expect at least 10% of you winnings at the higher tables

    I have staked you afterall

which one i busted on one with AQ to AA all money in pre classic miss read on what was a loss opponent. And the other i lost with QJ to A6 (hand in clinic) but then won it all back with profit with JJ v QQ Jack on flop. Stood up after that, was shaking like a leaf so thought id take a breather.

BR sitting at £97.88 Not sure weather ill go back down to NL4 and quad table or tri-table NL8 its a fine line, but i dont know what to do lol.

I think ill be due you, DoHHHH and Bananadog alot, think thats where most of my winning last night came from.

Edit: Forgot to add, i was actually so close to folding that thinking you had QJ but then thought, how the monkey can i fold top two pair on the flop.
