Ok guys, im changing a structure for all the live games in run in the area. Now they are pub games starting at 8PM so cant be overly deepstacked but i want to go down the deepstack route, hense why ive came to you guys.
Currently our system is as follows
Starting stack: 3000 Blinds: Every 20 minutes
Starting at: 25/50
Then:
50/100
100/200
300/600
400/800
500/1000
1000/2000
2000/4000
thats usually as far as that one gets. Anyways it was a structure i disliked, and now im with my own league ive been given permission to use any structure i feel nessessary. The casino event is a deepstack with this league so id rather give my players the best possible chance in this structure. Ok so the casino event is majorly deepstacked and likley to last 12 hours+ so ive decided its no good. So thought about this.
Starting stack: 10,000
Blinds every 15 mins
Starting at 25/50
Then
50/100
100/200
200/400
300/600
400/800
500/1000
600/1200
700/1400
800/1600
900/1800
1000/2000
1500/3000
2000/4000
2500/5000
I wouldnt expect it to get past 1500/3000 so not gone into much after that.
What do you guys think or any sort of structure that you like that you think would be better.
Thanks.

Sure, there's more levels, but there's every chance there'll be plenty of play at that point. Structure seems decent, but I think you're missing the point by starting the blinds relatively high- what you're essentially doing is a normal tournament starting at 10/20 and 1000 chips, multiplied by 10. So the opposite of what you're trying to achieve.
I would add in some more low blind levels, even if you start at 20/40, then 40/80, 75/150 before moving to 100/200. That way you give the real players a chance to settle into their game, monitor the table, and get comfortable- which is what the early blinds accomplish.
What about keeping the 25/50 and 50/100 in then he rest as above?
Here's what I use in homepages: sit and go structure for 10 players which normally last about 2.5-3 hours
2,500 starting chips
25/50 - 20 mins
50/100 - 20 mins
75/150 - 20 mins
100/200 - 15 mins
150/300 - 15 mins
**BREAK AND CHIP UP**
200/400 - 15 mins
300/600 - 15 mins
400/800 - 15 mins
600/1200 - 15 mins
800/1600 - 15 mins
1000/2000 capped.
25,000 chips on the table which means heads-up the average stack at the top level will be 6.25BBs. Should be pretty shovey by then
One other thing: 500/1000 is, from what I know, very much a Pot Limit Level which you don't normally find in No Limit Hold'em tourneys. Tikay might be able to confirm or deny that though.
15 minute blinds
50/100
100/200
200/400
300/600
400/800
500/1000
600/1200
and so on, the main thing is starting chipstacks and the blind levels thats how it allows for play and how long you want. The above blinds are are used and we start 40-45k chips but if theirs alot of people then could always change to 5/10, 10/20 etc
if you come back with roughly how many play and how long you want to last i could give you a better suggestion
