Haven't seen him on the forum this week, I have a question I need answering, via PM.....who should I send it to if Rich isn't here? - No idea who deals with the issue but it isn't customer care...

    I would send it to Sky Claire. If she cant help you, or (even better) gives you a stern telling-off, then in my eyes it is time well spent.

    There are Sky Claire, Adam, Jordan, Jack and SteveM, these are the only ones I can think of.
