refer a friend

Not sure if this is the right place to post this question. It's probably a stupid one aswell but anyway.. basically my brother wants to start playing on sky (who lives in the same house atm, altho come September we're both at seperate uni's so will be in different houses)

Would it still be OK for me to refer him, with him being my brother?
