£5 or £10 seems fair to start the chips rolling TK. See how popular they get and then add a few more during the week. Like you said, mix it up with the buyins so that ALL players have a chance to try and play this great format.
I am a big fan of the big stack tournys but like most poker sites, they tend to favour the poker players with a much bigger bankroll than myself and many players out there on Sky Poker.
With the support of TK in promoting this format and a with some fellow support of a few other Sky Poker Pundits (Norman Pace for example) sharing the limelight alongside TK, I am very confident this will be a very popular & regular tournament.
Sorry to pick on you Norman, but having met you in person with your long term friend "Gareth" a number of years ago, when you were honing in your golf swing, I just had to say hello again.
Hope to see lots of other fellow Sky Poker players lending their support by entering these tournaments.
i agree lucky lets get more of the 10 seater deepies as they are the only place you can get a decent game 4to 5 hours for 11 quid downwards come on sky lets get more of these every night maybe one at 7 and one at 8 pm
love them , like paparon says , you get good value for money, played1 friday 4.5hrs and 1 last night 4hrs +. over 8hrs of poker for 6 quid. p.s its the only tournys im making any money on so keep them commin!!!
There are currently two 10 Seater, "affordable" Deepies on Sky Poker every week. There is the Mick Jenn, (5 + £0.50) every Monday or Tuesday, & the tikay Sleepie every Wednesday, which is £10 + £1. Both of them get tidy fields - between them, they aggregate about 200 players each week - and personally, I love these. I csn get 3 or 4 hours play most nights, it's usually 8 or 10 spots paid, & as far as I'm concerned, they are as good as it gets for "regular" Tourneys. I'm Online tonight, & really quite disappointed that we don't have one of these tonight - I'll miss it. But if we ask for it, & if enough players want it, we COULD have these nightly - starting almost immediately. IF YOU WANT THEM........ So if you DO want them just post on this Thread, all you have to do is say this. Yes. And what entry fee you'd prefer. Say, £5 + £0.50, or £10 + £1. Like this...... Posted by Tikay10
YES - Love these tourney's - up to £11 entry is fine, let's see a couple every night starting at 7, 8pm
as i suggested in another thread how about a "mega deepstack" tournament with different buy ins, start with 10000 chips and 20 minute blinds, would be even more fun

more arrordable deepies they are the best tourneys on sky come on lets have at least two 10 seaters a night
OK, I am going to send this Thread to Sky Bernie & Sky Adam to see if they will consider your views, & introduce a few more (nightly?) 10 seater affordable Deepies.
I adore them, you know that, but they are not everyone's cup of tea,
We seem to get 50 - 70 for the £10 + £1 jobbies, & around 100 for the £3 + £0.30 & £5 + £0.50 ones.
To put that in perspective, the fast structured £10 + £1 nightly 9pm affair still attracts up to 700 runners every night!
Anyway, like you, I'd like to see more 10 seater deepies, I'm not fussed at the Buy-In Level, I'd play them from £3 upwards.
I would love to see a 5 or 3 quid one. Could maybe even do them when im having a successful week that way lol. Posted by The_Don90
Hi Don,
They do have £3.30 & £5.50 10 Seater Deepies, although I can't remember what nights. I think they are Tuesdays, Thursdays, Friday & Sunday, in each case at 7pm.
Tonight - Monday at 7pm - it's £5.50, but it's a 6 seater, not a Ten Seater.
Thanks Tikay, im still recovering from my latest bad session really, got back on by winning £2 in a freeroll so doing the 30p Double your moeny sit and gos cashing in around 60% of them. So still wont have the buy in really.
Also Monday and Tuesday i have live poker at 7 every week and the odd week on a wednessday.
