observing tables

How do you observe a tournament table.
All it seems to do is take me back to the lobby.

    1) Open Tournament Lobby
    2) Click on Tables & Players tab
    3) Pick Table you want to watch
    4) Click observe table tab

    Hi .Thats what i do .Seems only to take me back to lobby.
    Could be pop ups blocked or something like that.
    Gives me the option only for a final table of tourny.
