Ok player hasnt long sat down so no reads as of such, flop i hit it as hard as i would like, but dont wish to Donk bet. Looking back maybe it was the correct play to donk bet rather than check/call?

    you played this fine, they played it bad, make a note and carry ons.

    i'd rather c/r the flop thank donk.

    That stops you getting any money in, hence why you lead turn.

    it sounds very nit picky to say anything, maybe a ickle bit more on the turn but really there's not much more you can do expect hope your future oppos dont call down with flushes too often.

    thanks mate, ive had a really spewy few days and thought maybe i was playing hands wrong. Looking back at some of them i could have played better others i think i done all i can.

    dont mind check/raise line as he is raiser but if he has only just sat down surely you want to be getting some value on the flop even a weak 30p to get the ball rolling?

    Bet turn ok could be little more but you had no reads so 3/4 pot fine, same river fine hindsight could have got more but no reads so cheap enough to get called by many worse hands
