Rake question

I`m not 100% sure about this, but I seem to remember a post on a thread ages ago that said, when you hit 40,000 cash for points, then the £250 you get for every 4000 points on top of this is actually 100% rakeback.

I had the potential to hit 8000 points this month, pretty sure I wont do it now, but that would mean I had paid £500 in rake.  Is this right? It seems excessive.

No way of working rake out for cash tables, all I know is its no where near 100% rake back after 30000 points.

it's such a hassle getting 40k in a month too!

Hassle? I didn't take time out to eat one month and I only managed to get 35k points, I wasted away to a wafer!*

*Untrue, would take much longer than one month of not eating for me to waste away
