playing on tv

can you please tell me why when i play on my tv it freezes when it moves me from table to table??
this has happened to me quite often and its always in the late stages of a tournament when the blinds are getting bigger.
when this has happened i have tried to login on my pc and it will not even let me in to that game.
it has been quite frustrating at time's

    thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear of your problems while playing on the TV and i'll forward this over to the rest of their team for their investigation. They may come back and ask for more info but hopefully we'll get to the bottom of this for you.

    Hi Charfaye,

    Can i please request a few more details from you in order to get this fully investigated?

    Could you provide me with the following if possible...

    -Times this happened
    -The tournament/s you were playing
    -The make of your set top box

    Also, so when the table is balanced and you are moved, does it completely freeze so that you are unable to do anything at all and you have to come out of Sky Poker altogether?
