4k tournament problems

hello brethren
i'm having some issues.
I'm in a donkament, and I think I might have been moved tables, but now I'm getting gammy problems with the table.

The problem is still happening at the same table, people keep dissapearing so its '3 handed' and only 1 set of cards can be seen face down.
Those screenshots are taken in order, the table is obv the sky one on the left monitor in the top right, the rest is a screenshot of a screenshot if you get me as I was playing my session whilst trying to record this problem.
just had the utg player with a stack of 4800 at 50/100 have '0' in his stack but then suddenly on the flop you can see his stack.
this is bad sky yuou need all the information every hand.
also just now the tournie keeps trying to open another window then that fails, normally in chrome one failed window comes up when you shut that that's it your sorted for your tourny. i've arleady done that this session and now it just keeps popping up every time I shut it and every time it fails.
