Getting max value on river

Oppo has been very passive. Very rarely raises pre unless he's very strong (I'm talking AQ+, JJ+) but is happy to limp/call raises from any position (he's done this a fair bit in the hour or so I've been at the table).

When he leads out I think it's likely that he's got some sort of Qx type of hand so I obviously want to keep him in (he could also do this with 22-1010). It is possible that he could hold AQ but given what I'd seen from him previously I was pretty certain that he didn't have it (& tbh, even if he does hold AQ, is anyone ever folding a full house here?).

My main question is what amount is likely to get paid off on the river here? Like I said, I'm pretty confident that I'm way ahead here but if he does have a bigger house then nh, wp & move one.

Any other comments about bet sizing on earlier streets are welcome too.
