How to stop yourself falling back to old bad habits?

Any ideas?
Bet sizing is the problem - that is too small especially when leading out.
Find myself betting too small occasionally and sometimes losing the pot as a result.
It could be due to it being cash and playing one table only.

    Its as simple as clicking the right buttons.

    Its not a serious problem, like its not an addiction, or an issue with being drunk or whatever, its very simple.
