I'm sorry you experienced this issue. If you notice it again please take a screenshot and email customer care with as many details as possible (date, time, tournament, browser, computer spec ect etc). This way errors can be escalated effectively and hopefully we'll be able to investigate and fix... quickly! Kind regards,
